Meet the Founder: Jerry Blais

With over 30 years of leadership and business experience across diverse industries—including business ownership, executive coaching, manufacturing, distribution, Department of Defense, retail, and B2B/B2C—Jerry Blais has served in roles ranging from Business Owner/ CEO to General Manager, SVP of Sales & Marketing, Director of Corporate Marketing, Director of Product Marketing, Director of Training, Market Research Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Lead, Business Development Representative, Procurement Specialist, Restaurant Manager and many others.

Jerry’s deep expertise spans strategic planning, leadership development, team performance, change management, and career mentoring. He has helped guide companies from early-stage startups to multi-million-dollar brands.

Equipped with both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Wright State University, Jerry is also certified in:

Outside of Core8 Catalyst, Jerry remains deeply committed to community and mentorship, serving as a certified SCORE mentor, an advisory board member for GivetoGet, a coach for The First Tee and a volunteer for several church ministries.
